Rentl is a marketplace for advertising space.

People with space list it, and sponsors book it and get their ad in front of real people.

When someone books a place, run their ad as agreed and upload proof that it ran.

You pay the listed price, and the money is held until the seller proves the ad ran.

The seller sets a fixed price for each place on their listing.

You see the price before you book, and that is what you pay. There is no bidding.

A 5% fee, taken from the seller's payout when the money is released.

Sponsors pay the listed price and nothing on top, apart from the Solana network fee. A refunded booking pays no fee at all.

The fee is fixed when a booking is paid for, so it can never change on a deal that is already made.

After proof. Once the seller uploads it, the sponsor has 48 hours to confirm or dispute.

If they confirm, or say nothing in that time, the money is released to the seller.

The money is not the seller’s until there is proof. It sits in escrow on Solana, where the seller can’t touch it.

Every booking also records what was promised, what was delivered and what was paid.

A photo or screenshot that clearly shows the placement ran the way the listing promised.

What that looks like depends on the space: a photo of the shirt being worn, a screenshot of the website, a picture of the car.

Sellers have until one day after their listing ends to upload proof.

If they don’t, the sponsor gets all of their money back.

Dispute it within 48 hours of the proof. The money stays held while Rentl compares what was promised with what was delivered, and decides how it is split.

You do need a Solana wallet. To book, it needs USDC and a little SOL for network fees. To sell, it is where you sign in and get paid.

Not once it is paid. The money is held until there is proof or the deadline passes, and if the seller never delivers, you get all of it back.
